Prior to his role at TCA, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for a rural broadband company in Northern Wisconsin, honing his expertise in financial management and strategic planning. Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University and an MBA with a focus on Accounting and Business Management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Residing in Colorado Springs with his wife, Kristen, and their two daughters, Ray combines his professional acumen with a commitment to enhancing the connectivity and success of rural communities.
